The Service provides:
- Public observability dashboard for Lit Protocol Vincent infrastructure
- Read-only health status and metrics endpoints
- Authenticated control plane for privileged operations (with valid credentials)
- Delayed market data snapshots (not real-time)
3. What This Service Is NOT
- NOT an official Lit Protocol product or service
- NOT a custodial wallet or key management service
- NOT financial advice or a trading platform
- NOT guaranteed to be available at all times
- NOT a real-time data source (market data is delayed)
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Not use the Service to engage in abusive or harmful behavior
- Keep your authentication credentials secure
- Accept responsibility for all actions taken with your credentials
5. Authentication and Access
Public endpoints are available without authentication. Privileged endpoints require valid authentication (Firebase ID token or API key). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any actions performed using your credentials are your responsibility.
6. Rate Limits
The Service enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage and prevent abuse. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access. Current limits are documented on the Trust & Security page.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byintent solutions io and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Lit Protocol" and "Vincent" are trademarks of their respective owners.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Lit Protocol, Vincent, and various blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTENT SOLUTIONS IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
